1. Supervise and assist international students residing in the school dormitory;<br/>2. Promote a positive and safe living environment for the students;<br/>3. Enforce dormitory rules and regulations to maintain order and discipline;<br/>4. Resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among the students;<br/>5. Coordinate with school staff and parents to ensure students' well-being and safety;<br/>6. Organize and oversee dormitory activities and events;

1. Bachelor’s degree or above;<br/>2. Experience working with boarding students or in a residential background;<br/>3. Excellent written and oral communication skills in both Chinese and English;<br/>4. Good interpersonal skills and ability to be a good listener;<br/>5. Operate in a professional and caring manner with boarders;<br/>6. Initiative, willingness to serve, and attention to detail;<br/>7. Safeguarding training and awareness.
