· Worktime: Monday - Friday, 8:00 -11:30; 13:00-16:30<br/>· Lesson planning according to teaching materials, and students’ English level;<br/>· Creating an environment to promote English interaction among Chinese students in the<br/>class;<br/>· Observing and evaluating each student’s behavior and educational needs, and providing<br/>individualized instruction to each student as needed;<br/>· Collaborating with other teachers, parents and administration and participating in regular<br/>meetings, seminars and training;<br/>· Maximum teaching hours: less than 25 class hours per week (weekends off);<br/>· Class size : between 15-20;<br/>· Class duration: 30 minutes.

· 2 years previous kindergarten experience;<br/>· Bachelor’s Degree or above;<br/>· Native English speakers from US/UK/Australia/Canada/New Zealand;<br/>· Clean criminal background;<br/>· Certificate such as TESOL, TEFL or CELTA a huge plus.
