About the jobWe are looking for a C&B Analyst to join the Regional Compensation & Benefits Team in the LVMH Group in North Asia.The incumbent will have a strong focus on internal and external data analysis, benchmarking and providing professional advice on market practices, tools and processes to the HR community in North Asia.Supporting the Team and the Group Brands as an internal consultant for the Group Brands, the incumbent will be in close and regular contact with dedicated Brand HR teams at local and regional levels.Role & Responsibilities: Assist with data collection and completion of various external compensation surveys and customized benchmarking analysis. Responsible for day-to-day compensation reporting and analysis. Update salary database and compensation mappings. Participate in the preparation and management of the year-end compensation review process. Participate in pooled health insurance’s renewal discussions, in current benefits’ performance assessment, and in health program administration. Assist with implementation of new benefits programs in different markets. Coordinate wellbeing initiatives and preventive healthcare measures. Assist department with on-going and/or special projects. Build and maintain a strong and positive working relationship with HR consulting companies and other C&B professionals and data providersLVMH (Moët Hennessy Louis Vuitton) is the world’s leading luxury products group, gathers 75 prestigious brands across categories including Luxury Fashion & Leather Goods, Watches & Jewelry, Perfumes & Cosmetics, Wines and Spirits, Selective Retailing, etc., with 8 4.7 billion euros revenue in 2024 and a retail network of over 6,300 stores worldwide.
Job Requirements
Key Requirements & Competencies: Degree in Human Resources Management or Statistics/Mathematics or related disciplines Prior C&B, International Mobility or HR Analytics experience Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Powe BI Must be highly organized; capable to take initiative, manage priorities and tight deadlines. Capable of interacting effectively in a multi-site, multi-lingual and multi-cultural work environment. Teamwork skills required. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail with high level of accuracy Discretion in handling sensitive and highly confidential information Fluent in spoken and written in English and Mandarin Chinese, Spoken Cantonese is a plus. Exposure to retail / luxury industry is a plus
