1.Regular visit supplier to evaluate the manufacturing process, production capacity and process control 2.To work with appointed factory, supplier, manufacturer for NPD & VE/2nd source project development within the given task and timeline. 3.Manage and verify the different phase gate documents and data sheet such as drawing, CPK, Process Control Plan (PCP)and others relevant document. 4.Determine supplier capabilities versus product specification 5.Provide technical and manufacturing support to the supplier 6.Developing supplier capability plan with cross functional team such as Sourcing, Engineering and SQE 7.Leading supplier execute improvement plan on capability and productivity 8.Conduct supplier onsite visit to ensure schedule target are being met, and lead in the resolution of issue that are encountered. 9.Update program progress status, identify and track action item; generate report to update management. 

1.Degree holder in mechanical engineering, material science or equivalent 2.Minimum 3 years working experience with related field 3.Experience in handling project transfer especially over Asian. 4.Able to travel in China and oversea 5.Station in Vietnam or Thailand  6.Good communication skill with English  7.Able to speak Chinese language would be added advantage. 8.Work independently.  9.Experience in leading process improvement is added advantage. 10.Experiences in machining 11.Experiences in manufacturing management 12.Specialist in mechanical technology is added advantage. 13.Automation knowledge is added advantage. 14.Good English writing and oral English is preferred.
