Core responsibilities 1. Market development and sales target achievement: Responsible for market development in designated regions such as South Asia, Africa, Chile, etc Actively seek and expand potential customers (including distributors, EPC contractors, energy companies, brand owners, etc.) through various channels such as exhibitions, industry associations, online platforms (such as LinkedIn, Alibaba), and independent development Develop and execute individual/team sales plans to achieve quarterly and annual sales targets and payment targets assigned by the company 2. Customer Relationship and Project Management: Establish and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with key clients, regularly visit to understand project progress and changes in requirements. Responsible for the full process follow-up and management of customer inquiries, technical exchanges, solution development, business negotiations, contract signing, and order execution. For large-scale energy storage/photovoltaic projects, full process project management is required to coordinate internal technical, supply chain, after-sales and other resources to ensure high-quality project delivery. 3. Market analysis and strategy formulation: Conduct in-depth research on policies and regulations (such as subsidies and certification requirements), competitive landscape, price trends, and technological developments in the target market. Collect and analyze competitor information, regularly submit market analysis reports, and provide data support for the company's product positioning, pricing strategy, and market entry decisions 4. Cross departmental collaboration and brand promotion: Work closely with internal marketing, product, technology, supply chain, and finance departments to solve customer problems and promote project implementation The company participates in overseas industry exhibitions, new product launches, and other market activities to enhance the company's brand awareness and influence in the local area.
Job Requirements
Job Requirements 1. Educational background and experience: Bachelor's degree or above, with a background in marketing, international trade, electrical engineering, new energy, power electronics or related majors preferred. Applicants with 3 years or more of overseas B2B sales experience and successful sales cases in industries such as energy storage (household energy storage, industrial and commercial energy storage, large-scale energy storage systems), photovoltaics (modules, inverters), lithium batteries, or power equipment will be given priority consideration. Experience in leading teams or managing regional markets is preferred. 2. Professional skills and knowledge: Sales and marketing capabilities: Possess excellent market development skills, business negotiation skills, and customer relationship management abilities. Familiar with international trade processes (such as INCOTERMS, letter of credit operations) and contract management. Industry knowledge: Understand the core technical parameters, application scenarios, and industry standards (such as UL, IEC, CE certification, etc.) of energy storage/photovoltaic products (such as battery cabinets, inverters, EMS, photovoltaic modules). Familiar with the energy pain points of the target market (such as electricity pricing mechanism, grid stability) Language and cultural adaptability: Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading, and writing, able to use it as a working language for business negotiations and technical communication. Mastering a minor language (such as German, Spanish, French, Italian, Portuguese, etc.) will be an important addition. Having excellent cross-cultural communication skills, able to adapt to business habits in different regions, and accepting frequent overseas business trips. 3.
