Functions and Responsibilities *Find prospect advertisers or publishers and bring new clients in according to development strategy * Conduct tests prior to commitment of online campaign to ensure appropriate results once campaign is live. * Interact with creative specialist, and manager of campaign management to create holistic solution and team learning. * Work closely with client's account manager for campaign acquirement and management; communicate to publishers and monitor their performance. Solve problems within campaign life time. * Reconcile monthly plans both internally and externally. Requirements: * Currently finishing up your university studies or recently graduated with a Master's or Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field from an accredited university with high marks * Enthusiastic positive attitude, yet disciplined and detailed-oriented * Basic technical understanding or interest * Fluency in English is mandatory, and preferably good knowledge of a second language as well Benefits: As a Trainee at Avazu you will set a strong foundation for a future career in one of the fastest growing industries today.
