Responsibilities 1. Translate, edit and proofread documents from Chinese to Spanish including video scripts, dubbing materials and other types of content. 2. Manage translation team. Set the standard for language quality and perform quality assurance for overall content. 3. Cooperate with other teams to set the needs and requirements. Deliver localization insights and solutions that lead to actionable opportunities. 4. Manage and conduct user research on target groups. Research on topics including but not limited to local education system, cultural customs, user preferences, etc. 5. Complete other work related to localization.

Qualifications 1. Native-level Spanish is required. Chinese reading and speaking is a plus. 2. Rich experience in translation (Chinese-to-Spanish) or language quality assurance. 3. Solid understanding of local culture. Familiar with cultural differences between China and local area. 4. Deep understanding and passion for education. Experience in child education, animation or publishing industry. 5. Experience in managing localization projects or translation teams. 6. Good communication and collaboration skills. Team spirit. Attention to detail.
