We're looking for freelance interviewers to help one of our major e-commerce clients to collect user feedback for their website. Language Required: Spanish (Latin America), German Number of Hiring: 1 person per language Responsibilities: 1. Translate the question list (around 15 questions) for each topic (around 5 topics) 2. Interview 10 users (30-60min each) per topic 3. Help translate questions from the client during the interview 4. Record the points of the interview and submit a report

Requirements: 1. Native speaker 2. Expert English language skills 3. Chinese language skills are desirable but not essential 4. Excellent interpersonal skills, must be respectful to the users 5. Experience in user interviews or business negotiation is desirable but not essential 6. Experience in user study of the target country is desirable but not essential 7. Experience in e-commerce procurement or cross-border trade is desirable but not essential 8. Conform to client’s requirements for confidentiality 9.
