operating duty: 1. Be responsible for the development and management of the distribution channels of the company's brand products in North America, and for the achievement of the distribution business; 2. Responsible for developing and maintaining dealers' customers: expanding sales channels, building a complete channel system covering distributors, online and offline retailers; 3. Develop KA merchants to visit customers regularly, and assist customers to set annual and monthly goals; Assist in distribution and inventory management; 4. Responsible for product and sales training of overseas sales personnel, and follow-up of marketing objectives; 5. Arrange, implement and supervise the implementation of regional publicity and promotion plans and promotion work according to the brand positioning and annual publicity and promotion strategy 6. Formulate the price system of the local channel of the brand, accurately grasp the competitive products in the target market, and formulate the product portfolio and price strategy in line with the company's development.

Qualification: 1. Bachelor degree or above, fluent in English, Chinese/English can be used as the working language; 2. More than 5 years of experience in North American channel sales, more than 2 years of experience in market sales management, 3. Be familiar with consumer electronics/household appliances and other industries, understand various channel models, and accurately analyze and grasp the business environment; 3. Familiar with the North American market, developed large KA supermarket channels or had supermarket and industry customer resources; 4. Strong communication and negotiation ability, problem solving ability and management ability.
