About the AST: The Aptitude Scholastic Test (AST) is a university entrance examination developed by Ambright Institute of Educational Research in collaboration with academics from the University of Cambridge. Designed to assess students' academic abilities in subjects such as English, Mathematics, Physics, Chemistry, Biology, and Economics, the AST provides a pathway for high-performing students from diverse curricula to gain admission to international universities. Since its inception in 2008, the AST has been adopted by numerous institutions, aiming to diversify their student cohorts and widen access for students. Job Purpose: The primary responsibility will be to lead the promotion and expansion of the AST. You will work closely with the Director to develop and implement strategic initiatives that enhance the visibility and adoption of the AST among educational institutions in these regions. Your role will involve building partnerships,and contributing to the overall growth of Ambright's international outreach efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute strategic plans to promote the AST in target countries. Establish and maintain relationships with universities, schools, and educational organisations to encourage the adoption of the AST. Organise and represent Ambright at international conferences, webinars, and educational fairs to showcase the AST. Collaborate with internal teams to develop promotional materials and resources tailored to the regional audience. Monitor market trends and gather feedback to inform the continuous improvement of the AST and outreach strategies. Report on outreach activities, partnerships, and performance metrics to senior management. Job Requirements
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in International Relations, Education, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is preferred. Minimum of 10 years of experience in international education, outreach, or partnership development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Mandarin is essencial. Strong organisational and project management abilities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment. Willingness to travel internationally as required.
