工作职责与内容 内容创作: 撰写招生手册、官网介绍、社交媒体推文等英文宣传素材。 设计针对外籍家庭的品牌故事(如学生成功案例、师资亮点)。 跨平台传播: 管理英文官网、国际社媒账号内容,提升海外曝光度。   责权范围 职权: 自主制定月度英文内容计划,经批准后执行。 要求业务部门提供课程/师资资料支持文案创作。 责任: 确保宣传品合规产出,有创意,有良好的传播效果。 工作条件与环境 上海品牌部工作。 KPI指标 1. 正确输出各类宣传品(网站,报纸,推文,视频,物料等)的英文版本的宣传文案 2. 能根据业务需求和子品牌需求,根据宣传要点撰写英语宣传稿 Job Responsibilities and Duties Content Creation: Write English promotional materials such as admission brochures, website descriptions, and social media posts. Design brand stories targeting foreign families (e.g., student success stories, faculty highlights). Cross-Platform Communication: Manage content for the English-language official website and international social media accounts to increase overseas exposure. Scope of Authority and Responsibility Authority: Independently develop monthly English-language content plans and execute them after approval. Request course/faculty materials from business departments to support copywriting. Responsibility: Ensure that promotional materials are compliant, creative, and have good communication effects. Work Conditions and Environment Work at the Shanghai Brand Department. KPI Metrics 1. Accurately produce English versions of promotional materials (website, newspapers, tweets, videos, materials, etc.). 2. Write English promotional copy based on business needs and sub-brand requirements, in accordance with promotional key points.
Job Requirements
教育背景:本科及以上学历,英语、新闻传播、教育相关专业优先。 语言能力: 英语母语水平(或等同于母语的写作能力),具备学术级英文文案创作能力。 中文沟通流利(需跨部门协作)。 经验要求:3年以上教育行业文案经验,熟悉K12国际学校/留学考试(如IB/AP/A-Level)宣传策略。有外籍家庭招生文案案例者优先。 核心能力: 精准把握国际家长痛点,擅长跨文化传播。 精通社交媒体(LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook)及官网内容运营。 视频剪辑。 Educational Background: Bachelor's degree or higher, preferably in English, Journalism and Communication, or Education-related fields. Language Skills: Native-level English proficiency (or equivalent writing ability), with the ability to create academic-level English copy. Fluent in Chinese communication (required for cross-departmental collaboration). Experience Requirements: Over 3 years of experience in educational content creation, with familiarity with marketing strategies for K-12 international schools/study abroad exams (e.g., IB/AP/A-Level). Candidates with experience in admissions content creation for international families are preferred. Core Competencies: Ability to accurately identify the pain points of international parents and excel in cross-cultural communication. Proficiency in social media (LinkedIn/Instagram/Facebook) and website content management. Video editing.
