Senior Technical Recruiter The Role You'll be responsible for building the global recruiting function from scratch. You will be driving the entire process from sourcing and screening to closing top global talent What You’ll Do - The role of the Senior recruiter is to develop and deliver excellent recruitment services to the client in line with agreed service levels. - Oversee the development and ongoing engagement of active and candidate talent pipelines, both internally and externally, to support immediate and long-term needs - Develop and manage different sourcing channels to fulfil talent needs - Forecasting placements based on demand, changes in the client's business, the candidate pipeline and trends in business demand
Job Requirements
What You’ll Need to Have - Fluent English Proficiency - 5+ years recruitment experience - Headhunter experience is preferred - Relevant IT industrial experience is preferred - Overseas study/work experience is a plus - Experience in managing end to end recruitment process - Good time management, independence, and a curious and flexible mindset - The ability to adapt to change quickly Other Our offering Rare opportunity in Fast-growing multinational IT company, offering recruiter position, with a competitive package.
