The location of this job is at our Shanghai subsidiary company "Qicheng Electrical Euqipment (Shanghai) Co.,Ltd, in the city center of Shanghai. Responsibilities • Present, promote and sell products using solid arguments to prospective customers • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of potential customers to meet their needs • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling, emails and social media. • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction • Visiting clients and potential clients to evaluate needs or promote products and services at their facilities and exhibitions. • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments • Analyze the territory/market’s potential, track sales and status reports • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services. • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends • Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients.

Requirements and skills • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, economics, or related field. • Russian mother tongue or fluent in Russian; Fluent in English or Chinese. • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative • Excellent knowledge of MS Office • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback
