Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: At least 5 years of subcon management experience English, Chinese, Vietnamese language proficiency (both oral and written) Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics) or equivalent Knowledge of Electronics, PCBA manufacturing operations, and IPC standards (PCBA DFM or DFT capability is preferred.) Experience in EMS Subcon PCBA Assembly or Test processes Failure Analysis Capability and good problem-solving skills Good communication skills and team-work, self motivated
