Customer Engagement: Interface with customers to discuss technical issues and participate in technical exchange meetings. Collaborative Problem-Solving: Work closely with internal teams to propose solutions for control system and modeling challenges. Simulation and Testing: Test simulation models, create manuals, and ensure new energy grid-connected equipment meets industry standards. Compliance and Validation: Collaborate with model development and HIL testing teams to validate models and products against regional grid code requirements. Market Adaptability: Keep abreast of new grid codes and product requirements in the region. Competitive Analysis: Collect and analyze technical data on competing products and models.

Bachelor’s degree or above in electrical engineering or related fields. Strong English technical communication and document writing skills. Proficiency in at least one power simulation software such as PSS/E, PSCAD. Familiarity with programming languages such as Python, Fortran. Preferred experience in control system design for wind, solar, or storage converter and grid-connected modeling and delivery.
