Key Responsibilities: • Maximize sales orders by identifying customer requirements and providing tailored market insights for kids' apparel. • Assign and manage production orders with factories in China for kids' cut and sewn products. • Monitor production quality and liaise with vendors and customers to ensure compliance with specifications. • Evaluate fabric and sample approvals to maintain high standards for children's garments. • Collaborate with logistics for timely shipment arrangements.

Qualifications: • Higher Diploma or above in textile and clothing, focusing on kids' products. • 8+ years of merchandising experience, with a minimum of 3 years in sourcing kids’ cut and sewn products. • Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and market trends in kidswear, specifically from China. • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. • Good command in both English and Chinese
