1.Participate in security and defense projects for public-sector or corporate clients, providing expert advisory support. 2.Produce policy analysis reports and risk assessment documents to support client decision-making with data-driven insights. 3.Coordinate with cross-border partners and relevant bodies to assist in maintaining project timelines and quality. 4.Support business development by assisting in preparing proposals and bid documents as needed.

1.Minimum 3 years’ experience in organizations within the international security alliance or defense cooperation sector; strong project management skills. 2.Elite cross-cultural mediation skills (English + ≥1 EU official language proficiency) 3.Excellent policy research and analytical skills, with the ability to independently author professional reports in English.
