Bachelor's degree or above in economics, finance, or financial management Familiar with relevant theories and practices of financial and economic management, with strong financial analysis and decision-making skills Strong organizational, coordination, communication, and teamwork skills Proficient in English（TEM-8 or higher） Prior experience in company financial and economic management is preferred Prior overseas study experience or graduation from a Chinese 985/211 university is preferred 本科及以上学历，经济学、金融学、财务管理等相关专业； 熟悉财务、经济管理相关理论和实务，具有良好的财务分析、决策能力； 具有较强的组织协调能力、沟通表达能力和团队合作精神； 英语沟通流利（专八或更高水平） 有企业财务、经济管理工作经验者优先； 有留学经验或国内985/211大学毕业生优先。
