Lead material localization and continuous cost reduction projects at Wuxi with team collaboration and fast implementation. Create and review material related specifications/documents and maintain in system. Participant in material suppliers' visit and audit and be responsible for technical assessment reports. Provide material expertise and knowledge to support others in daily work. Work as technical contact window for material engineering topics at Wuxi. Your ProfileYou are best equipped for this task if you have: Bachelor degree or above with engineering background, high-polymer material related is preferred. More than 5 years’ of relevant working experience in semiconductor industry. Experienced on material characterization and analysis. Solid knowledge of DOE, FMEA, 8D, control plan etc. and change management experience. General project management skills and be passionate for cross teamworking environment. Strong communication skill in both Chinese & English (oral and written). Good work ethics and sense of responsibility, positive personality.
