As a Senior Electronic Engineer, Sustaining, you will play a key leadership role within the Electronic Engineering team to maintain and enhance our existing products. You will work closely with cross-functional team and PCBA partners for new product validation, ensuring product performance in the production environment, and collaborating with multi-disciplinary team for problem-solving.Key Responsibilities:• Collaborating with Product Development team for product knowledge and manufacturing requirements transfer.• Manufacturing processes setup and validation of new product.• Define test methodology and test coverage to assure product reliability.• Establish documentation for PCBA manufacturing processes and testing.• Manufacturing test and fixture setup and maintenance.• Identify issue during production, perform failure analysis, and provide feedback to Product Development team for product improvement.• Collect data on product performance for product improvement.• Collaborating with Product Development team to implement design changes.• Collaborating with Product Development team for new component and indirect material qualification.

• Bachelor or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline.• At least 5 years experience in Electronic Sustaining Engineering, Test Engineering, Production Engineering or related field.• Knowledge of IPC Standards for Electronic product's assembly and production requirements, practically the IPC-A-610 Acceptability of Electronic Assemblies.• Mature, independent and analytical mind• Good written and spoken English and Mandarin• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Sustaining Electronic Engineer
