1. Native English speaker, or receive pure English education, have many years of living or working experience in the United States, understand the main customs and popular culture of the United States; 2. At least 5 years working experience in international 4A advertising companies or multinational companies, with deep understanding and mastery of the whole process of creative output; 3. Strong ability of strategy packaging and copywriting planning; solid English copywriting skills; able to independently produce creative direction; experience in large-scale integrated marketing campaigns and industry Showcase cases (submit resumes with works); 4. Strong communication and coordination skills and project management skills, able to quickly transform creative achievements and implement them. Team leading experience is preferred; 5. Have in-depth insight into the creative strategies of global famous brands, have research on global design trends and creative cases, and be very sensitive to copywriting creativity; 6. Experience in Internet or finance related projects is preferred.
