Job responsibilities
Core Responsibilities 1. Content Strategy & Planning  Lead market research in beauty/home appliances/digital FMCG sectors, aligning content topics with user preferences and brand marketing goals.  Establish end-to-end SOPs from ideation to execution. 2. Platform (APP/Website) Operations  Own key metrics: conversion rates, user retention, and DAU growth.  Optimize content-to-transaction conversion through A/B testing and data analysis.  Design funnel models for traffic acquisition (social/SEO/ads) to private domain retention.  Enhance DAU and LTV via targeted content. 3. Team Management  Manage a 3 – 4 member content team (goal-setting, performance evaluation, skill development).  Collaborate with China HQ to integrate cross-bord
Job Requirements
1. Language: Fluent in Thai + Chinese (preferred) or English. 2. Experience: 3+ years in content operations, preferably in e-commerce or related fields. 3. Skills:  Strong copywriting and product research abilities.  Expertise in Thai social media platforms (priority given to candidates with local experience).  Agile mindset and accountability in fast-paced environments.
