1. Develop security framework methodologies and lead the documentation and implementation of such methodologies; 2. Formulate the unmanned deployment readiness review process, and lead the preparation and implementation of the review documents; 3. Lead the development and recording of company-wide safety cases; 4. Play a key role in cross-functional security activities in hardware and software development, validation, and operation; 5. Keep up with industry trends and regulations related to safety frameworks, standards, and methods.

1. Master's degree or above in traffic engineering, statistics, biomedical engineering, mechanics, mechanical engineering, vehicle engineering, physics, etc.; 2. Experience in safety standards such as ISO26262, ISO 21448 and UL 4600; 3. Have a solid foundation in mathematics, engineering and physics; 4. Experience in building safety cases for autonomous vehicles. 5. Strong technical communication skills and team spirit. Preferences: 1. Have a Ph.D. degree with more than 10 years of experience in automotive, robotics, aerospace or related industries; 2. Experience in the automotive autonomous driving industry; 3. Experience in leading a small team of systems and/or security engineers.
