1. Responsible for the development, contract negotiation, project settlement, and fund recovery of local buckle scaffold leasing business; 2. Establish and maintain customer relationships within the region, establish a customer management ledger, and expand customer business on a periodic basis; 3. Assist in formulating marketing strategies, collecting market and competitor information, conducting industry analysis and adjusting marketing policies; 4. Responsible for business risk management, ensuring controllable risk exposure, reasonable transaction structure, and safeguarding asset security. 1、负责本地的盘扣式脚手架租赁业务开发、合同谈判、项目结算、资金回笼； 2、建立并维护区域内的客户关系，建立客户管理台账，按周期拓展客户业务； 3、协助制定营销策略，收集市场及竞对信息，做好行业研判和营销政策调整； 4、负责业务风险管理，确保风险敞口可控，交易结构合理，保障资产安全。

1. College degree or above, no major restrictions, able to speak Chinese; 2. Having over 2 years of experience in developing local construction market business and having customer resources from Chinese funded construction enterprises in Indonesia; 3. High level of career ambition and sense of responsibility, with good abilities in resource integration, analysis and judgment, and business expansion; 4. Good risk control awareness and innovation consciousness. 1、大专及以上学历，专业不限，会说中文； 2、具备2年以上本地建筑市场业务开发经验，有印尼的中资建筑企业客户资源； 3、高度的事业心和责任感，有良好的资源整合、分析判断及业务拓展能力； 4、良好的风控意识、创新意识。
