Sales Manager (Industrial Fluid Control Products) – Based in Houston, USAPosition: Sales Manager (Industrial Fluid Control Products)Location: Houston, U.S.A.Reports to: Headquarters in China (Remote initially; office to be established in the future)About UsWe are a China-based company specializing in fluid control solutions, with over 15 years of industry experience. As a rapidly growing and steadily operating enterprise, we are actively expanding into international markets, particularly in the United States.Position OverviewThe title and level of this role will be determined based on the selected candidate’s qualifications and experience. Initially, this role will be remote, reporting directly to our headquarters in China, with plans to establish a Houston-based office in the future.Key Responsibilities1. Market Expansion:o Develop and expand direct sales and/or sales channels in the U.S. market, including establishing relationships with direct clients, distributors, dealers, and wholesalers.o Drive sales of industrial fluid control equipment in the US market, with a primary focus on actuators, as well as complementary products such as pumps and valves.o Represent the company at trade shows, industry forums, and promotional events.
2. Office Establishment Support:o Assist in setting up the future Houston office, including providing input on location and operational needs.
3. Market Analysis:o Conduct research on market trends, customer demands, and competitor activities to inform sales strategies.
4. Sales Operations & Order Management:o Oversee contract negotiations, order processing, and logistics coordination to ensure smooth transactions.Best regards,Human Resources
Job Requirements
Qualifications1. Bachelor’s degree or higher in a science, engineering, or related field.
2. Fluent in English with strong business communication skills.
3. Proven experience in industrial equipment or product sales, ideally with a customer base that includes distributors, channel partners, or end-users in industries such as oil & gas, power plants, refineries, chemical processing, or coking plants.
4. Familiarity with international trade practices and a willingness to travel frequently, including trips to China.
5. Strong knowledge of fluid control products, including actuators, pumps, and valves, within the U.S. market.
