Job responsibilities
Sales Support: Assist account executives with prospect research, meeting preparation, and follow-up activities Pipeline Management: Maintain CRM hygiene, track deal progression, and generate sales forecasts and reports Proposal Coordination: Draft, format, and manage RFP responses, sales proposals, and pricing documentation Contract Administration: Support contract preparation, redlining, approval workflows, and execution tracking Client Onboarding: Coordinate handoff from sales to delivery, ensuring smooth transition and client satisfaction Market Intelligence: Research prospects, monitor competitor activity, and identify market opportunities Pricing and Quoting: Generate accurate quotes, apply discount approvals, and maintain pricing integrity Commission Tracking: Calculate and validate sales commissions, resolve disputes, and maintain compensation records Event and Campaign Support: Assist with trade shows, client events, and commercial marketing initiatives Order Processing: Liaise with operations to ensure accurate order entry, fulfillment, and invoicing Client Communication: Manage routine client inquiries, schedule business reviews, and distribute commercial updates Revenue Reporting: Compile sales performance data, win/loss analysis, and commercial KPI dashboards
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field 2-4 years of experience in sales support, commercial operations, business development, or account coordination Demonstrated proficiency with CRM systems  Strong analytical skills with advanced Excel capabilities  Experience with contract management, proposal development, or pricing administration Excellent written and verbal communication skills with professional client-facing demeanor Understanding of sales methodologies preferred Ability to manage multiple deals and priorities in fast-paced, target-driven environment Experience with B2B sales cycles and complex, multi-stakeholder deal structures Detail-oriented with high accuracy in data management and commercial documentation
