Job responsibilities
- Maintain and develop good relationships with automotive battery customers in the region, ensuring customer satisfaction and seeking opportunities for expanded cooperation. - Participate in the development and implementation of sales strategies and develop specific tactics and plans for target customer groups. - Provide product and service recommendations based on customer needs to ensure that the company's products and services meet market demands. - Develop new sales channels and increase the company's market share by visiting potential partners. - Responsible for facilitating the signing of business contracts and ensuring follow-up and communication during contract execution to maintain long-term relationships. - Lead and motivate the sales team, ensure team members are clear about their respective responsibilities, and maintain close communication and cooperation with other departments (e.g. marketing, product, operations, etc.).
Job Requirements
1、Have familiar with Volvo customers. 2、Key bachelor degree or above, majoring in science and technology; preferably with European and American study background. 3、Have local nationality/green card/long-term residence visa, have local residence experience for more than 5 years, familiar with local cultural environment. 4、Annual salary within 50W before tax, equity incentive can be provided.
