Job Responsibilities • Responsible for the full-process follow-up of Brazil cross-border logistics orders, ensuring that the on-time delivery rate reaches over 98%. • Handle customer inquiries in English/Portuguese, with a daily processing volume of no less than 20 orders. • Coordinate the internal logistics team and overseas customers to shorten the order processing cycle by 30%. • Maintain key customer relationships and keep the monthly customer satisfaction score above 4.5 points.

Job Requirements Bachelor's degree or above; majors in Logistics or International Trade are preferred. At least 2 years of experience in cross-border logistics order follow-up; experience in Brazilian express delivery, logistics and customs clearance processes is a plus. English proficiency of CET-6 or above; ability to communicate professionally in Portuguese; Portuguese skills are a significant plus. Proficient in operating relevant systems and possess strong multi-tasking capabilities.
