Responsibilities: - Identify and pursue new sales opportunities for BI products. - Develop and execute sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets. - Conduct market research to identify potential customers and understand their needs. - Generate leads and build strong relationships with prospects and clients. - Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients. - Provide product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. - Understand client requirements and propose suitable BI solutions. - Stay updated with the latest BI product features and updates. - Develop a deep understanding of our BI product offerings and their applications. - Provide feedback to the product development team on customer needs and competitive trends. - Track and report on sales performance metrics. - Prepare regular sales forecasts and performance reports. - Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.

Requirements: - Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. - Minimum of 1 years of experience in software sales, preferably in BI products or related technologies. Over 3 years experience will be considered as Sales Director. - Strong sales and negotiation skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Proven ability to achieve and exceed sales targets. - Ability to understand and articulate technical information. - Self-motivated, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing opportunities. - Familiarity with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, QlikView, etc. - Understanding of data analytics and visualization concepts. - Basic knowledge of SQL and data management principles is a plus.
