Job Responsibilities: 1.Understand internal (or detailed) design documents and development specifications. Develop code that meets technical and business requirements according to coding workflows and deliverable requirements. Investigate technical challenges and ensure code runs smoothly. 2.Understand internal (or detailed) design documents and unit test viewpoints. Create unit test specifications and test data aligned with these viewpoints. Execute tests according to test specifications and processes, verify test results, and submit test deliverables. 3.Complete tasks according to the WBS schedule. Promptly and accurately report task-related issues and anomalies during execution. Proactively provide progress updates at frequencies required by the project. 4.Identify business and technical issues in upstream deliverables, document them, and provide feedback to relevant personnel to minimize impact. Identify test defects/bugs and resolve them as required. Address feedback and comments on work products to improve quality.

Qualifications: 1.Japanese Language Proficiency Test N3 certification or equivalent level, with the ability to read and write work-related documents without. 2.Possess a foundation in application software programming techniques, with knowledge of database operations and testing-related concepts. 3.Proficiency in at least one programming language. 4.Strong learning ability, stress tolerance, problem-solving skills, and communication/coordination skills.
