Job responsibilities
英国公司负责人（要求华人）
1、仓储与运营管理
负责仓库日常运营，保障高效收发货、库存精准，并监督产品质量。
2、英国线下业务拓展
挖掘并开发本地线下业务机会与合作资源，聚焦推动销售业绩增长，扩大市场份额。
3、财务管理与风险控制
审核财务报表、预算及支出，确保财务稳定与合规；熟悉并应用英国财税政策，妥善处理税务事宜，规避潜在财务风险。
4、线上业务协同
通过保障线下配送顺畅、资质文件齐全及售后完善，为亚马逊等电商业务提供支持。
5、团队管理与协调
监督客户服务、仓储及财务团队工作，并提供支持。
6、汇报与沟通
定期向总部汇报分公司运营情况及市场动态，确保与公司战略保持一致。
Job Requirements
1、本科及以上学历，工商管理或相关专业；2-5 年销售、运营或企业管理相关经验。
2、拥有英国合法工作权利（有效签证、定居身份或公民身份）者优先。
3、英、汉（普通话）双语流利；熟悉英国商业环境、本地税务或银行流程者优先。
4、责任心强，注重细节，具备独立工作能力。
