Responsibilities: Be responsible for the exploration of the sales market for the company's packaging equipment. Participate in formulating the company's annual sales targets and plans, implement the company's sales policies and strategies, market development plans and specific implementation schemes. Understand the dynamics of customer needs, tap into potential customers, establish smooth customer communication channels, and provide product sales and technical services according to customer needs. Preside over business negotiations and transactions with customers, ensure the collection of customer payments, and build long-term, good and stable regional customer relationships. Ensure the achievement of sales performance and the reasonable allocation and control of sales expenses.

Qualifications: Have work experience in packaging machinery equipment or the food industry. Have a good appearance and excellent communication and expression abilities. Be familiar with the usage of packaging equipment in related industries such as food, meat products and snack foods, and have good experience in customer development and project tracking. Be proactive, meticulous, and possess a spirit of learning, innovation and teamwork.
