Key Responsibilities: Customer Service and Communication Provide IVF related counseling services to Russian patients by phone, email, and online chat to answer their questions about the medical process. Understand and communicate patients' needs and concerns accurately and provide appropriate solutions or suggestions to ensure that patients receive timely and effective assistance. Medical knowledge answer and guidance Acquire basic medical knowledge related to IVF and be able to provide professional medical answers and guidance for patients' specific situations. Assist patients in understanding the treatment plan, procedure, post-operative precautions, etc., to ensure that patients have a clear understanding of the entire treatment process. Patient relationship management and maintenance Establish a good communication relationship with patients, pay attention to their psychological changes, provide emotional support, and enhance patients' trust and satisfaction with the hospital. Regularly visit patients to learn about their recovery and collect patient feedback to provide suggestions for improving the quality of hospital services. Teamwork and Communication Maintain close communication with other departments within the hospital (e.g. medical team, administrative staff, etc.) to collaborate in solving patients' problems and needs. Participate in team meetings and trainings to share customer service experience and improve the overall service level of the team. Data Organization and Reporting Organize and maintain records of patient inquiries, feedback and other information, and report regularly to hospital management on customer service. Analyze patient needs and service effectiveness, make suggestions for improvement, and help the hospital to continuously optimize the service process.
