Close the Reality Gap: Innovate in training methodologies to create models that seamlessly transfer from simulation to the physical world. 5. Integrate the Latest AI: Continuously explore and integrate emerging research in machine learning to keep our robots at the forefront of capability.

We're Looking For Someone Who: 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Robotics, or a related field. 2.At least 3 years of hands-on experience in developing and applying AI/ML solutions, with a background in robotics development and operation. 3.Strong proficiency in deep learning frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or JAX. 4.Familiarity with ROS 1/ROS 2 for robotic system development. 5.A passion for continuous learning in machine learning, strong problem-solving judgment, and a persistent, detail-oriented approach to challenges. Bonus Points If You Have: (1). 5+ years of specialized experience in robot learning or machine learning for robotics. (2). Publications in top-tier machine learning conferences such as CVPR, ICML, ICLR, or similar.
