Our Mission for You: 1. Force Feedback Algorithm Development - Design and optimize actuator and transmission solutions for force feedback systems based on or improving existing wearable device platforms - Develop ergonomic human-machine interaction mechanisms that enable users to perceive realistic virtual interaction forces during operation - Create high-response, low-latency force feedback algorithms to enhance information transparency in teleoperation and improve the intuitive feel of end-effector control 2. Simulation and Testing -Develop virtual simulation environments using tools like Gazebo, Unity, and RViz to test force feedback performance during object interactions in virtual settings - Conduct real-world performance testing to achieve competitive performance metrics across various application scenarios 3. System Optimization and Iteration - Analyze issues identified during system operation and implement targeted optimizations to improve overall performance -Continuously iterate on system design based on testing data and user feedback 4. Job Requirements
We're Looking For Someone Who: 1.Bachelor's degree or higher in Robotics, Control Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics Engineering, or related fields 2. Technical Competencies - Programming Languages: Proficient in C++ or Python with excellent coding standards and development practices - Robotics Development: Experienced with Robot Operating System (ROS/ROS2) and common control algorithms (kinematics, dynamics, servo control) - Simulation Tools: Skilled in using simulation platforms (Gazebo, Unity, RViz, etc.) for development and testing 3. Professional Experience - Hands-on experience in robotic force feedback device development or collaborative robot force/position control 4. Personal Attributes -Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities -Excellent teamwork skills with ability to collaborate effectively across hardware, software, and algorithm teams -Genuine passion for force feedback technology with innovative mindset 5. Preferred Qualifications -Experience in developing force feedback manipulators for surgical robotics -Knowledge of performance optimization methods and system latency reduction techniques
