Team management and construction Responsible for the establishment, training, and performance evaluation of the manufacturing team, ensuring that the team has efficient execution ability and good teamwork spirit. Motivate team members to actively innovate, improve technical skills, and promote the overall improvement of team capabilities. Quality control and improvement Establish and maintain a quality management system to ensure product quality meets company standards and customer requirements. Analyze quality issues during the production process, develop improvement measures, and continuously improve product quality and customer satisfaction. Equipment management and maintenance Responsible for the selection, procurement, and maintenance of processing and manufacturing equipment, ensuring its normal operation and improving equipment utilization. Promote equipment upgrading and technological transformation, improve production automation level, and reduce manual intervention. Cross departmental coordination and communication Maintain close communication with R&D, procurement, sales and other departments, coordinate resources, and ensure smooth production processes.
