ABA4283Archibat is looking for a RESIDENT ARCHITECT for a FAMOUS UK ARCHITECTURAL FIRM. This international firm has several offices in Europe, Middle East and in Asia. Primarily specialized in retail design, most of their projects are large scale mixed use projects with already several completed buildings in Mainland China. The position is based in Tianjin.

Site based Resident Architect based in Tianjin.Minimum of 8 years working experience (including at least 3 to 4 on site) as Resident Architect or even Interior Designer on site, ideally focused on retail projects and fitting out.You will be working jointly with the client, project architect and project team in order to:- Manage design changes, documentation and issuance of site instruction & project administration- Insure the coordination with consultants and contractors at all levels
