Job responsibilities
Quality Control: Ensure products meet established quality standards. Implement quality inspections and monitor key links in the production process to guarantee product consistency and reliability. Formulate Product Standards and Specifications: Develop and improve product quality standards and relevant specification documents based on company strategic goals and market demands, ensuring all production activities have clear guidelines. Supplier Quality Management: Evaluate and manage raw material suppliers to ensure purchased materials meet the company’s quality requirements. Conduct regular supplier performance audits. Customer Complaint Handling and Improvement: Collect and analyze customer feedback, develop corrective actions for quality issues, and track implementation results to enhance customer satisfaction. Data Statistics and Analysis: Use scientific methods to conduct statistical analysis of various production process data, identify trends and abnormalities, and take preventive measures accordingly. Testing and Metrology Management: Conduct tests on raw materials and work-in-progress, monitor and analyze test data throughout the entire process to provide a basis for continuous improvement. Implement daily inspections of measuring equipment and outsourced calibration work. Training and Development: Conduct employee quality awareness education and technical skills training to improve the overall quality and professional capabilities of the team.
Job Requirements
College degree or above. No gender restriction. At least 5 years of relevant quality management experience, with more than 3 years of departmental team management experience. Experience in quality system establishment is preferred.
