Job responsibilities
Participate in domestic and international industry exhibitions, actively explore overseas markets, identify potential customer resources, and follow up to convert them. Tap into customer resources through social media platforms such as Facebook and LinkedIn, and target high-potential customer groups. Communicate with customers in a timely manner, understand their needs, provide professional product consulting and solutions, and establish good customer relationships. Pay close attention to industry trends and market changes, conduct analysis and research on competitors, and gather information such as their product features, pricing strategies, and market share to provide a basis for the company's product research and development and business decision-making. Formulate personalized market development strategies for target markets and customer groups, and enhance the company's product visibility and exposure in overseas markets through precise marketing methods to expand market share.
Job Requirements
Hold a full-time bachelor’s degree or above, with proficient English listening, speaking, reading and writing skills. A CET-4 or higher qualification is required to communicate fluently with foreign clients. Proficiency in a second foreign language is preferred, as it helps expand broader overseas markets. Have more than 5 years of foreign trade experience and be familiar with the entire foreign trade business process. Experience in the building materials industry (e.g., sanitary ware, home furnishings, flooring, outdoor products) is a distinct advantage. Be aggressive, passionate about the foreign trade industry, and willing to pursue long-term development in this field. Ability to adapt to business trips, including participating in domestic and international exhibitions and visiting clients. Possess experience in leading a team to develop markets from scratch, along with more than 3 years of team management experience. Have a track record of developing markets in South America, the Middle East, Southeast Asia, Canada, and Australia.
