Job responsibilities
1. Product Revenue and Gross Profit Targets: Collaborate with regional managers to achieve business objectives by identifying product opportunities (demand, competition). Enhance product competitiveness and sales through product strategy development and GTM execution. 2. Market Insight: Clearly outline the national competitive landscape (existing and emerging markets), analyze industry trends, competitive trends, and gaps, and identify opportunities to guide product strategy formulation, product structure optimization, and GTM execution. 3. Product GTM: Assist regional managers in achieving sales goals through appropriate product strategies and localized GTM strategies (market research, product positioning, launch strategy, sales training, forecasting & allocation, process follow-up and review). 4. Product Strategy Development and Execution: Based on market insights, develop product systems across regional, national, and customer dimensions, including product positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management. 5. Customer and Issue Management: Establish customer information channels (customer visits, roadshows, communities), gather customer needs and pain points; address major customer issues promptly, develop response plans, and reduce complaint rates.
Job Requirements
1. Bachelor’s degree or higher, with over 2 years of experience directly engaging with overseas markets and customers, understanding market operation models, and having frontline business thinking; 2. Ability to conduct market research in TC channels, strong interest in consumer electronics, familiarity with smart home industry trends, and capability to identify product needs and develop product plans based on industry characteristics; 3. Strong communication and coordination skills, understanding frontline needs, and capable of efficiently coordinating resources across departments to resolve product issues; 4. Achievement-oriented, long-term mindset, high drive, diligent, resilient, responsible, and strong execution ability; 5. Willingness to be stationed abroad, with fluent English and Spanish in speaking, listening, reading, and writing; 6. Industry experience: experience in consumer electronics, smart hardware, electronics/semiconductors/integrated circuits.
