Job responsibilities
Answering phone calls.
Reception work such as business and event work, consultant, visitor check in, deposit checks.
Rotate shifts with other staff, offer great service and assistance to customers.
Offer professional communicate guidelines to foreign customers.
Assist in the company where needed fellowship activities.
Report to the management office weekly.
Complete all administrative tasks in a timely manner.
Keep the documents on files according to the company requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree or Above;
- Chinese and English
- Experienced in consultant or reception work
- Female from Ukraine, Russia, Europe, America (The height over 1.65M), Nice look
- Age: 22-35
- Start date: ASAP (before June 15)
Must have previous working experience in service industry
Working time: 40hours per week, 8 hours per day
