1. Leading with business negotiations and conferring with developers and asset owners about strategic partnership for asset tokenization. 2. Facilitating timely deal conversion, advantageous deal terms, successful negotiation, project management and overall communication management; 3. Contributing to and overseeing investment committee presentations, etc. 4. Facilitating all actions required for the professional management of global portfolio; 5. Creating and facilitating processes that ensure all business needs are met in the most efficient manner; 6. Escalating cross-departmental or business issues to the HQ. 7. Conducting term sheet/asset DD list etc. and documentation delivery; 8. Managing third-party partners like legal, tax, exchange etc. The position is located in New York.

1. 5+ years relevant work experience in real estate, finance / REITS; The Blackstone Group experience is a plus; MBA/CFA/ CCIM/CPA is a plus. 2. Experience with real estate and transaction management; 3. Strong capabilities in negotiation and alternative deal structures; 4. Impeccable and concise communication and presentation skills, verbal and written; 5. Teamwork, cooperation, and ability to take direction; reliable, focused and detail-oriented; 6. Demonstrated ability to consistently meet deadlines; 7. Strong time management skills and experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
