Job responsibilities
Job responsibilities: 1. According to the company's strategic planning and business plan, organize the development plan and annual work plan of the quality department, and supervise the implementation of various work plans and objectives; 2. Organize the formulation and improvement of various management systems and operation processes of the quality department to ensure the standardization of operation; 3. Organize and guide the operation of the quality department, coordinate and solve related problems, and ensure the realization of various quality objectives; 4. The company, customer quality policy, requirements in the company planning and implementation (process, project); 5. Customer quality interface relationship maintenance and major customer complaints (product/material/system defects) handling and reporting; 6. Internal and external audit, planning of improvement projects, corrective measures, review and report of preventive measures; 7. Assessment, training, guidance and daily management within the department, coordinate internal and external relations, create a good organizational atmosphere, and continuously improve the team spirit and work efficiency.
Job Requirements
(Korean required) Job requirements: 1. Familiar with product development process 2. Quality management related work experience 3. Those who understand Chinese are preferred 4. Long-term business trip to China 5. Understand Samsung's quality management process
