Key Responsibilities Curriculum Design and Teaching Design and adjust the ESL course syllabus and teaching program according to students' English level and needs. Adopt interactive and participatory teaching methods to increase students' interest and motivation. Teach basic skills such as grammar, vocabulary, listening, reading, writing and so on to enhance students' comprehensive use of English. Combine multimedia teaching resources to create a rich language environment and enhance students' sense of English. Student Assessment and Feedback Regular English proficiency tests are conducted to assess students' learning progress and effectiveness. Based on the assessment results, we will adjust the teaching strategies and make personalized tutoring plans. Provide timely feedback to students and parents on students' learning and make suggestions for improvement. Participate in various English competitions and activities organized by the school to provide opportunities for students to demonstrate their English. Cultural exchange and activity organization Take advantage of the status of foreign teachers to introduce foreign educational concepts and English culture to enhance students' understanding of multiculturalism. Organize activities such as English corner and cultural lectures to provide students with opportunities to interact with foreign teachers and enhance their cross-cultural communication skills. Participate in the school's international exchange programs and contribute to the school's international development. Communication with Parents and Colleagues Communicate with parents on a regular basis to understand how students learn English in the home environment and work together to promote students' English development. Maintain good cooperative relationship with colleagues, work together on teaching methods and share teaching resources.
