1 In charge of management of all aspects of tendering & bidding including prequalification, assessment, coordination and clarification. 2 Responsible for subcontractor assessment and management, including job description, scope of work for the subcontractor. 3 Contract management including contract review, change, and negotiation and so on. 4 Keep in touch with clients and maintain the relationship. 5 Investigation and develop the offshore and oil market. 6 Budget and cost control for the project .

1 Bachelor degree or above. Majoring in Engineering, manufacturing or economics. 2 With 3 years or above working experience in the industry of offshore oil, petrochemical engineering / shipyard. 3 Familiar with the work of market development and market tendering & bidding as well as f project management and technical management in the oil industry . 4 Have a pioneering spirit, excellent organizational planning and problem-solving skills, with ability of good communication, negotiation and coordination. 5 Good command in Chinese and English. 6 Professional in quotation, profitability analysis for the project contract. 7 In good health with full of energy.
