We are looking for several project managers. Your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. You will be the go-to person for everything involving a project’s organization and timeline. Your tasks will include, but are not limited to, developing detailed project plans, ensuring resource availability and allocation and delivering every project on time within budget and scope. Responsibilities Coordinate internal resources to ensure a flawless execution of projects Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant team members and coordination between departments Ensure resource availability and allocation Develop a detailed project plan to track progress Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques Report and escalate to management as needed Manage the relationship with the other members of the team Perform risk management to minimize project risks Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation

Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers Proven working experience as a project manager Solid technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development or hardware Excellent communication skills Proficiency in the English language, both verbal and written Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills Strong working knowledge JIRA, Trello, MS Projects, or your preferred project management software PMP Certification, or Agile Certification is a plus, or 5+ years of relevant work experience as project manager Ideally fluent both in English and Chinese. But Chinese is not a must. Your immediate supervisor does not speak Chinese, so it is expected that you're listening, speaking, reading and writing abilities in English can be used as the working language.
