1. Follow work instructions and good practice at every step of the product-development process to meet customer requests. 2. Sample Preparation: Prepare samples, run required tests, and track status whenever samples are sent to external labs. 3. Technical Specifications: Draft technical specs for formulations, chemical materials, and components used in new products. 4. Chemical Analyses: Perform chemical analyses of raw materials and formulations to determine their physico-chemical characteristics. 5. Sample Delivery & Registration: Dispatch samples to customers and complete all necessary registration. 6. Research & Testing: Conduct individual projects assigned by leadership. 7. Stock Organization: Control inventory and purchase laboratory reagents and consumables.
