- Assist Product Manager to conduct feasibility study on casting parts, mould flow study, technical assessment with factory, complete mould manufacturing details according to customer requirements and standards; submit relevant reports to Manager. - Assist the Product Manager in the initial definition of the mould design concept with the factory, check and validate the mould design drawings (both 2D and 3D drawings) provided by the factory. Ensure that all customer requirements have been incorporated into the data. Then submit the relevant mould design to the Product Manager. - Manage the mould development schedule to meet the quality, cost and time targets set by the Product Manager. - Follow up with the factory responsible for mould manufacturing to ensure that each process of mould manufacturing meets customer requirements and quality standards. - Follow up the mould trial, trial report, discuss and solve the technical and quality problems identified during the mould trial with the factory; follow up the corrective action, sample inspection and dimensional inspection report and then send to the Product Manager. - Assist mould engineers in the factory to inspect and check the moulds according to QA standards and checklists before shipment. - Perform mould inspection according to company standards and prepare relevant documents for mould shipment. - Prepare company standard documents. - Support Product Manager to deal with other related issues and complete other tasks assigned by Product Manager.

- College degree or above in Mould Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines. - At least 4~5 years of solid experience in mould design and manufacturing. - Proficient in design software such as UG, Pro/E, SolidWorks; familiar with simulation software such as Moldflow, anycasting, etc. Proficient in English (reading and writing); good oral English preferred. - Proficient in English (reading and writing); good oral English preferred. - Knowledge of quality moulds and export moulds preferred. - Good knowledge of aluminium die casting process. - Understanding of quality aspects of die casting moulds and parts. - Proficient in mould standards like Muzumi, DME, DME, Muzumi, DME, DME: Muzumi, DME, HASCO, etc. - Familiar with mould manufacturing equipments such as CNC, EDM, Wire Cut, etc. Familiar with mould manufacturing process. - Familiar with die casting mould steel and alloy materials and steel heat treatment process. - Proficient in HPDC mould troubleshooting methods and processes. - Ability to work independently, under pressure, good project management skills and interpersonal skills. Good team spirit, strong execution and sense of responsibility.
