Primary Responsibilities: • Responsible for PV plant solution proposal development. • Lead the review of customer specification compliance. Lead all communication with customer, regional sales and as well as internal proposal team. • Expedite responses on pending items from both sides, factory and customer to reduce the cycle for proposals development. • Lead the transactional deal process having the ability to structure creative, commercially and technically sound quality deals. • Provide leadership during the deal review process to ensure that all technical risk points, risk mitigation, and business risk acceptance levels are properly incorporated in the development of the scope, cost and proposal wording. • Interface with the Region teams to clarify technical issues and develop commercial strategies / solutions that will meet customer requirements as well as meet or exceed business goals. • Coordinate the output of proposals to insure the production schedule dates are met and that a quality proposal is issued to the customer. • Meet order budget, proposal timeliness, cycle time, hit Rate / win Rate and project profitability.

Basic Requirements: • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited university or college, major in electrical engineering / automation. • At least 5 years of PV Power Plant experience with the ability to structure technical proposal according to customer specification. Deep knowledge in PV power plant configuration including PV inverter, Step-up station, Meteo system, SCADA, plant communication and control etc. Knowledge of PV module is a plus. • At least 5 additional years of commercial experience with the ability to structure creative deals for customer solutions, optimize costing, negotiate contracts, and deal effectively with customers. • At least 5 years of experience in a global or matrixed environment. • Great communication skill, fluent in both written and spoken English Desired Characteristics: • Prior experience in PV plant, PV inverter, Mobile Substation or Prefabricated Substation engineering, sales is preferred. • Prior extensive experience in contract negotiation and working with international customers and suppliers is preferred. • Knowledge of how transactions affect the business model (both GoodWe and customer) • Knowledge of legal aspects and implications of contracts, terms and conditions, negotiation, etc. to allow constructing contracts with minimizing risk. • Industry knowledge / competitive landscape understanding at a transaction level. • Ability to influence and lead cross functional teams. • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
