Job responsibilities
1. Oversee the setup, layout planning, and production system construction of the new factory in Malaysia. 2. Manage the entire production process of home appliance products, including production planning, material control, procurement coordination, manufacturing execution, quality control, and delivery. 3. Develop production management systems and SOPs, ensure implementation, and maintain safety and efficiency. 4. Lead PMC (Production & Material Control) activities, optimize inventory management, and coordinate with local supply chains. 5. Build and train local production teams, promote cross-department collaboration, and achieve cost and quality targets. 6. Liaise with China headquarters and local partners to ensure production meets both group standards and Malaysian regulations.
Job Requirements
1. Malaysian citizen, aged 35 or below. 2. Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related Science field (BSC or above). 3. Fluent in Mandarin and English (written and spoken). 4. Minimum 5 years of production management experience in home appliance or electronics manufacturing, with familiarity in procurement, PMC, and end-to-end production operations. 5. Experience in factory setup or production line establishment from scratch is a plus. 6. Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 6Sigma, or similar tools; strong data analysis and team leadership skills.
